Rain-cooled air keeping temps down

An area of showers and thunderstorms have developed around the periphery of a storm induced area of low pressure in east-central Kansas. The cool air from these thunderstorms, and thunderstorms south and west of town this morning, have kept temperatures in the 70s in most areas. Very nice! (especially with the air conditioning out at work).

The threat for rain will stick around through this evening, as will the cooler temperatures.
